Butler brands PBS 'non-negotiable'

Any suggestion Australia will bow down to the US on the PBS was scuppered by Health and Aged Care Minister Mark Butler this morning, who declared the scheme was "non-negotiable".

In a string of interviews on morning television and radio, Butler fired a clear warning shot at the US, stating America needs to back off moves against our medicines reimbursement system.
