Our top story this week was about a new industry trend threatening to wipe out the ranks of employees in the prime of their careers.

Pharma leaders are being warned to make changes to avoid a mass exodus as Millennials and GenZs flock to "micro-retirment" - a career break taken decades before the traditional retirement age in which younger employees depart to explore their future - pursuing a passion, travel or just taking a break from the work grind.
