Pfizer will pay Chinese biotech Innovent Biologics up to US$10.5 billion in a deal to jointly develop and commercialise 12 promising cancer drugs.
The agreement covers a diverse portfolio of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) with novel differentiated payloads and multi-specific antibodies with differentiated immune-engaging features and unique designs, Pfizer said.
