At its November meeting the PBAC will consider new indication submissions for blockbusters and blockbusters-to-be, with companies seeking reimbursement alongside TGA approval via parallel processing.
AstraZeneca is taking its pegged blockbuster asthma Tezspire back to the PBAC after landing on the PBS this month, seeking a recommendation for adult patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). The TGA has been considering it for that indication since September last year.
