10 drugs score July PBS listings

Over the weekend, Health Minister Mark Butler announced 10 new and expanded PBS listings for July providing “vital financial relief to Australians” battling cancer and chronic conditions.

Among the newcomers to the scheme is AstraZeneca’s pegged blockbuster Tezspire for patients aged 12 years and older whose severe uncontrolled asthma causes a buildup of white blood cells leading to inflammation and tissue damage or causes the immune system to overact to allergens.
