Company gifts 10 days extra leave

When life inevitably gets in the way of work it's no problem at Astellas Australia, with the company introducing 10 days paid 'Life Leave' - an initiative so popular it was our top story this week.
The time off can be used as needed with the company giving examples of birthday celebrations, moving house or time to recharge. Astellas has just won its first Great Place to Work Certification and no wonder - the company offers a string of other benefits plus flexible work that sees most of the team in the office for just two days a week.
