Company gives 10 days 'Life Leave'

Astellas Australia has scored its first Great Place to Work certification, revealing details of its progressive workplace - including a benefit called 'Life Leave' giving employees 10 additional days leave per year.
The extra time off can be used as needed - for life admin, birthday celebrations, moving house or simply time to recharge.
