Extra days off a hit with employees

Daiichi Sankyo Australia is celebrating its inaugural certification as a Great Place to Work, outlining the policies that lead its employees to love working there, including 'Life Stage Leave'.

This leave is in addition to annual and other paid leave options, and allows for additional leave to enhance or extend other leave types, to ensure employees and their family members are supported during important life stage events and milestones.
