Global boss: Why strong science isn't enough

Sanofi’s Global Head of Vaccines R&D, Dr Jean-François Toussaint is in Australia this week to unpack the need for policy and access to keep pace with innovation and scientific ambition.

Toussaint will attend the Australian Vaccine and Value Chain Conference in Sydney this week as an expert coach, joining a discussion titled Why Strong Science Is Not Enough alongside leaders from venture capital, impact investment and global health.

The session offers translational researchers and early-stage SMEs direct insight from a global pharmaceutical industry decisionmaker on what it takes to attract and secure industry interest in research projects.
