Pharma in Focus has been in publication since July 2003. It is Australia’s original news service for the pharmaceutical industry, related businesses and government.
Pharma in Focus is distributed twice daily plus breaking news when it occurs to an audience of almost 9,000 industry participants including every major pharmaceutical company operating in Australia and New Zealand.

Editorial team
Christine has worked in news journalism for more than 35 years across print, broadcast and digital. She reported for News Limited publications for eight years including five as a medical reporter before joining Nine Network Australia where she covered politics, courts and general news as well as presenting news bulletins.
Between 2005 and 2008, she was the network's foreign correspondent covering the US, Europe and the Middle East. More recently, Christine was news editor for New Idea magazine and worked in consulting roles. She has edited Pharma in Focus since 2022.
Tiffany has a bachelor's degree in medical science and a Masters in Science in Medicine (Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Development) from the University of Sydney.
Tiffany covers the corporate affairs and general news rounds with an emphasis on regulatory affairs and drug development for Pharma in Focus.
James is an award-winning writer with a Bachelor of Technology (Biotechnology) from Macquarie University and a Masters of Journalism from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Before joining Pharma in Focus, he worked across a number of specialist online news outlets including MocoNews and ZDNet.
Commercial and Operational
Tracey is your contact for all advertising inquiries. She has been looking after Pharma in Focus advertising clients since 2016, advising on everything from structuring campaigns to designing advertisements. Before joining Pharma in Focus, Tracey was a sales executive at The Media Company.
Andrea manages day to day operations, large corporate membership groups and supports members’ access to Pharma in Focus. Andrea has a great understanding of the pharma industry, having worked for a number of years at Roche before joining Pharma in Focus in 2016.
Fiona looks after individual Pharma in Focus members and groups of up to ten members. She works with Andrea in ensuring all members have ongoing and reliable access to their pharma news. She has been with Pharma in Focus since the start of 2018 and, like her colleague Andrea, was formerly in administrative roles at Roche.
