Duties
- Manage customer and patient enquiries
- Process healthcare claims and approvals
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
- Liaise with insurers and healthcare providers
- Coordinate orders and payment processing
- Resolve claims and customer enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support patients throughout their journey
- Customer service or claims experience
- Health insurance knowledge highly regarded
- Healthcare patient engagement highly desirable
- Strong communication and administration skills
