Single-pill triple therapy wins TGA tick

Servier Laboratories’ single-pill triple therapy for hypertension has been approved by the TGA after being accepted for review in June 2025.

The new fixed combination of perindopril, indapamide, and amlodipine has been approved under three brand names – Coveram Plus, Reaptan Plus, and Triplixam – which are available in three strengths.

The brands are indicated as substitution therapy for treatment of hypertension in patients already controlled with perindopril, amlodipine and indapamide, taken at the same dose level.
