Company announces fresh layoffs

News that a fresh round of global job cuts are on the way for Pfizer was our top story this week.

The company has announced it will extend its cost saving program - again. The restructure started in 2023 and thousands of layoffs have already taken place worldwide. But the belt is being tightened even more with the cuts extended through to 2029.
