Great workplace, six years running

For the sixth consecutive year, Servier Australia has been recognised as a Great Place to Work, with CEO Melanie Chamaux saying the achievement belongs to the people who bring the company’s values to life.

The employee feedback survey revealed 95 per cent of workers rated Servier positively on Pride and Team, highlighting a strong sense of purpose, achievement, and camaraderie.

This culminated in 95 per cent of employees stating that Servier Australia is a great place to work, while the company achieved an average positive score of 92 per cent across all Great Place to Work survey statements.
