Deal paves way for global rollout

Pharmanovia has inked a deal worth up to $601.9 million with Chinese biotech IMPACT Therapeutics to commercialise senaparib in 66 countries, including Australia.

The highly potent PARP1/2 inhibitor developed by the Shanghai headquartered biotech is currently on approved in China, where it also reimbursed via the National Reimbursed Drug List as a first-line maintenance therapy for adults with advanced epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer achieving complete or partial response to platinum-based chemotherapy.
