Can a GSK vax prevent dementia?

GSK is launching a large-scale, placebo-controlled, blind study to assess whether its shingles vaccine Shingrix can prevent dementia.
The study will evaluate 33,600 adults aged 76 and older in Finland, with participants randomised in a 3:1 ratio to receive either the vaccine or placebo.
