J&J argues against 'far greater evil'

Johnson & Johnson Pacific has attempted a 'soft class closure' of the class action against it by applying for an order requiring group members to register for the case now.

The barrister for J&J, Imtiaz Ahmad, said the registration process would give the class action and the court some idea of the likely size of the claim, reports Lawyerly.
