Who says you have to be a CEO to make megabucks? Ten scientists and doctors in biopharma companies received pay packages worth more than US$10 million ($14.2 million) each last year.
Top of the list was Eli Lilly Chief Scientific and Product Officer Dan Skovronsky, who made US$17,786,576, including US$1.49 million in salary, a US$3.25 million bonus, and US$12 million in stock awards, according to Endpoints News, which analysed data from hundreds of publicly traded pharma and biotech companies to compile the pay report.
