Gloves off in High Court battle

The GBMA will throw its two cents in to a High Court hearing that will determine the fate of many products listed on the PBS.

Tomorrow the High Court of Australia will hear arguments in a case that has reverberated across the pharmaceutical industry by threatening to cut short the exclusivity period of a high number of drugs. The GBMA has been granted leave to intervene as a 'friend of the court'.
