Two first generics win TGA ticks

Two drugs face looming exclusivity challenges following the first registration of a generic on the ARTG, although one of them was already under threat.

Alphapharm has continued its assault on Gilead's HIV portfolio, registering Odoforil, the first generic of Odefsey. Gilead is taking legal action against Alphapharm in a bid to stop it launching Dencovir, a generic of Descovy, which contains two of the three ingredients in Odefsey.
