Johnson & Johnson CEO Joaquin Duato earned 358 times more than the median employee at J&J last year, putting the US healthcare giant at the top of Big Pharma’s unequal pay list for the second year running.
Duato made US$32.6 million (A$45.5 million) including bonuses, stock and other compensation, compared with the median employee salary of US$91,000 (A$127,000), according to Biospace’s analysis of the top 10 pharma companies by revenue.
