Which pharmas are Most Ethical?

Three pharmas have made their inaugural appearance on the World's Most Ethical Companies Honoree List for 2026, as part of the largest first-time recognised class in the recognition's 20 year history.

All up, five pharmas were on the list, which included 138 companies across 40 industries in 17 countries. Ethisphere calculates a company's Ethics Quotient with an extensive assessment of more than 240 questions, which requires companies to describe and document their corporate governance, culture of ethics, speak-up practices, ESG-related approaches, third-party risk management, and more.
