Johnson & Johnson is suing an ex-employee claiming industrial espionage, alleging the theft of over 7,000 confidential documents.
This month J&J subsidiary Janssen Global Services filed a complaint in a New Jersey Federal Court against Cynthia Nwachukwu, who had been Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs, Strategy & Execution (Lung Cancer) for the company until November last year.
