New front in $100M legal fight

Pharmacor has opened a new front in its legal battle with AstraZeneca, taking a leaf from Sun Pharma's book.

In February Federal Court Justice Kylie Downes granted AstraZeneca a speedy interlocutory injunction against Pharmacor from launching a generic version of AZ's heart and kidney drug Forxiga on 1 April. The injunction also covered Xigduo, Qtern, and Sidapvia.
