As Victoria moves to legislate the right to Work From Home two days a week, a warning has been issued from an expert occupational and coaching psychologist about the hidden traps of hybrid work.
Co-author of the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS), Audrey McGibbon, said for most employees, hybrid work is good for job satisfaction, engagement and wellbeing, however "it's not true for everyone".
