With new tech surging, Australian pharma leaders are worried that industry is too cautious, naming a risk-averse culture and legacy systems as the biggest challenge when driving cross-functional digital transformation.
A white paper by specialist pharma recruitment firm Bakkar Smith has revealed that risk aversion and outdated systems are holding back digital transformation more than the technology itself.
