First Aussie redundancies of 2026

After 25 years at Lundbeck, the company's Australian Medical Director has been made redundant, marking the first Australian layoffs for 2026.

Deborah Pelser, who started at Lundbeck in November 2000, revealed on LinkedIn that her top Medical Affairs role at the company was no more.
