A survey has healthcare professionals less pleased with the customer experience provided by pharmaceutical companies, but some pharmas are managing to buck the trend.
A recent report released by DT Consulting, 'The State Of Customer Experience In The Global Pharmaceutical Industry, 2025: HCP Interactions', was based on interviews with 6,020 HCPs across 13 countries and eight specialty areas, concerning 12,040 of their most recent experiences with one of 40 pharma companies.
