Former Lilly ANZ General Manager Ben Basil has had a global career that ambitious pharma executives can only dream of - but in his upcoming book he reveals the invisible personal cost that comes with corporate success.
By 45, Basil said he'd achieved everything he thought he'd ever wanted. He was a global executive, husband, father-of-four, he'd lived on four continents and had been an elite collegiate athlete.
