One doctor's fury at suggestions that accepting a sandwich or a pen from a pharma rep while taking part in medical education was somehow corrupt, was our top story this week.
Melbourne obstetrician, Associate Professor Vinay Rane, penned a scathing opinion piece in Medical Observer in which he said suggestions that he or his colleagues could be bought by a $7 sandwich were not only absurd but "utterly insulting".
