An Australian specialist has called out critics questioning the integrity of doctors who accept lunch alongside education from pharma field teams, in an acerbic opinion piece published in the Medical Observer.
Associate Professor Vinay Rane is an obstetrician, gynaecologist and lawyer, based in Melbourne. He holds leadership roles on the councils of AMA Victoria and the National Association of Specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
