Is it a career risk to switch off after work? That depends on who you work for, says the Great Place to Work Institute.
It's been a year since the Right to Disconnect law came into effect in Australia – giving workers the right to refuse to monitor, read or respond to attempted contact outside their working hours, unless doing so is unreasonable.
