An alleged fake webinar question has landed two Australian pharma companies in court amid claims the answer given contained negative and misleading comments which resulted in up to $26 million in damage.
Melbourne-based 4D Medical this month took Sydney-based Cyclopharm to the Victorian Supreme Court, alleging it planted a fake question in a webinar on 19 March so that Cyclopharm CEO James McBrayer could issue a scripted response.
