Is culture crumbling in pharma?

More than 50 per cent of industry workers regard their corporate culture as only “moderately healthy” or worse yet just two per cent said employee well-being was a top priority at their company.
According to the latest Future of Work in Healthcare and Life Sciences report, from executive search firm Hunton Executive, building a strong, values-driven culture was vital for companies to attract and retain talent.
