CSL nabs J&J exec for new role

CSL is ramping up its efforts to boost its growth prospects by headhunting an industry veteran to fill a newly-formed 'Search' role.
US-based Dr Stephen Pitt has this month been appointed Vice President and Global Head of Search, R&D, a new function that will work closely with the business development team and therapeutic area leads to find and assess external investment opportunities that support CSL's growth.
