Pharma goes back to 5 office days

Novo Nordisk will expect all office-based employees to work from the office five days a week, starting from 1 January next year.
The global policy is part of the company transformation announced last week which will see 9000 jobs go in a bid to make the company leaner, faster and more performance-driven in the face of fierce competition in the diabetes and obesity markets.
