Exec takes own advice and quits

Another long-standing member of the global Novo Nordisk team is departing after he took his own advice to embrace change - and tendered his resignation.
Lars Fogh Iversen left his role as Senior Vice President, External & Exploratory Innovation this month, after 28 years and nine months with the company. And perhaps his timing couldn't have been better, coming just days before an announcement the company would shed 9000 jobs, starting immediately.
