Inside Novo CEO's shock exit

The announcement that Novo Nordisk CEO Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen will step down has sent shockwaves through the industry and beyond with an extraordinary video emerging of his team giving him a standing ovation as he left work.
In a statement, Novo said Jørgensen would step down "as per mutual agreement" but Bloomberg News painted a picture that looked more like an ambush for the CEO who had been with the same company for 34 years.
