An ASX-listed company has announced the surprise resignation of its CEO, and the immediate appointment of a successor.
In a statement to the ASX yesterday Sydney-based Noxopharm announced the resignation of CEO Dr Gisela Mautner, who took over the job from founder Graham Kelly in 2022.
