Aussie facility lands global award
CSL Behring manufacturing site in Broadmeadows

Australia has demonstrated its place in advanced pharma manufacturing, with a Melbourne facility winning a global award that recognises the most innovative use of advanced technologies.
CSL Behring won the Facility of the Year Pharma 4.0 award from the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) for its Broadmeadows facility, which increased the company's plasma processing capacity in Australia nine-fold to handle over 10 million litres of plasma annually.
