Conveying technical information to HCPs should never be boring, with an industry expert warning that a shift to churning out 'content' over 'effective communication' is seeing pharma lose its creativity.
Adam Taor, Co-Founder and Director of healthcare communications agency, Emotivate, said the rise of digital had dropped the standard of communication to well below what would be expected in print or delivered in person.
