Pay cut or demotion, anyone?

Redundancies have hit hard across industry and new figures show a third of pharma professionals would take a pay cut to avoid being laid off and almost a quarter would take a demotion.

According to two Biospace LinkedIn polls the industry's employees are prepared to go to significant lengths to keep their jobs. Feedback from 1247 respondents revealed that in answer to the question: "Would you take a pay cut to avoid being laid off?" 33 per cent said Yes; 36 per cent said No and 32 per cent said Maybe.
