Aussie pharma salaries revealed

Medical Directors have nudged out some tough competition to take the crown as industry's top earners with a pay range of between $225,000 - $330,000 a year, according to new figures that lift the lid on salaries across the Australian life sciences sector.

The just-released 2024-25 Hays Salary Guide, which did not include pay for country leadership positions, puts the Health Economics/Market Access Director role in second place with a salary range of $215,000 and $300,000 while the Sales Director job took home between $200,000 and $250,000.
