Aussie expat is new Vertex boss

Vertex has announced Sabrina Barbic will take up the role of Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, replacing Lauren Carey who has stepped down from the company.

Barbic will be responsible for overseeing the long-running and controversial reimbursement battle for Vertex's combination therapy for cystic fibrosis, Trikafta.
