MSD's big boss to retire

MSD's chief executive since 2011, Ken Frazier is set to retire June 30 and hand over the reins of the US giant to chief financial officer Robert Davies.

Frazier will continue to service as executive chairman for a transition period that is yet to be determined, whilst Davies becomes president effective April 1.
