Who's the Most Productive pharma?

Eli Lilly has come out on top of Norstella’s inaugural Pipeline-to-Patient Productivity Index (P3i).

Lilly would have been in 16th place against the 2020 benchmarks and had risen due to operational improvements across its pipeline; not just because of the success of its GLP-1 franchise, Norstella said. 

The new annual benchmark measures R&D productivity, market access, and commercial return across the top 25 global biopharma companies. It is the first benchmark to follow drug performance across the entire development and commercialisation life cycle, Norstella said.
