Pharmas earning the most bucks

Thirteen pharmas landed in Fortune Magazine's Fortune 500 list of US companies ranked by 2025 revenue, which revealed a sizeable win for one pharma.
Eli Lilly's success saw it jump from the pharma with the sixth largest revenue in 2024 to the second largest in 2025, after its earnings went from $45 billion to $65.2 billion. It has forecast earnings in 2026 of more than $80 billion.
