Novartis has agreed to pay more than $2 billion for Myricx Bio in a major windfall for the company’s founding investor, Australian venture capital firm Brandon Capital.
Myricx Bio is developing a new class of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) using N-myristoyltransferase inhibitor (NMTi) payloads, aimed at addressing toxicity challenges associated with current treatments.
