Ex-Novartis boss tells what's next

Former Novartis Country President ANZ, Ali Rossiter, has offered a brief explanation for her decision to resign after just three months in the role revealing she'll be taking "a little time" before her next professional move.
In a short post on LinkedIn about 30 hours after the company announced her surprise departure for personal reasons, Rossiter said the decision had not been made lightly.
