Cheeky Novartis plan rebuffed

Novartis has lost a bid to have the trade mark of Pharmacor's generic version of Entresto removed for non use.
In a cheeky move, the Swiss pharma argued Pharmacor had not used the Valtresto trade mark for a three-year period ending 19 February 2025. It filed the application in March 2025, just before Valtresto hit the PBS.
